     Wispro Innovation and Intellectual Property Consulting (Suzhou) Inc  is a high-end professional intellectual property service agency. The company was established in May 2008 and operates Suzhou Wispro Intellectual Property Agency, which is licensed to act as a patent agent (Patent Agency Licence No.: 32235). In April 2011, the company established a branch in the Yangcheng Lake Science and Technology Park in Kunshan; in August 2017, it set up a subsidiary in Xiangcheng District; in 2018, it opened a branch in Nantong; and in 2024, it established a branch office in Wuxi.

   The company’s core team possesses extensive practical experience in intellectual property within multinational enterprises and is committed to serving as genuine growth consultant to innovative enterprises, providing diversified professional services centred on intellectual property to businesses and government bodies. Since its inception, the firm has garnered widespread acclaim from government departments at all levels and the business community through its pragmatic work philosophy and team-oriented service ethos. Director Amos Yang is one of China’s first patent litigation agents, a certified Innovation Manager under the International MSPP Talent Development Programme, a leading intellectual property talent in Jiangsu Province, a senior expert in corporate intellectual property strategy consultancy, a 2025 Gold Medal Intellectual Property Lecturer, and a mediator with the Suzhou People’s Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes. With nearly 30 years’ experience in the field, she has consistently specialised in high-level corporate intellectual property consultancy, training, and practical work such as patent applications, invalidation proceedings and litigation.
